I've been doing events since 2013. I started out like anyone with no experience but had a dream. So I got myself a mixer and some decks and started playing around with it. One day a buddy of mine came over and was listening to me mixing. He was floored to hear how good I was. So he steered me into the entertainment/wedding biz. And I have been doing it ever since. I have all my own gear including a DJ controller, laptop, sound and PA system, lights, lasars, fog machines. And hopefully soon I'll have Karaoke and photo booth. I setup and take down my own sets. So the bride and groom can run off on there honeymoon after a exciting busy exhausting day and evening. I will meet with the clients to get a feel for them. There likes,dislikes the kind of music they want plus I like to give them a USB flash drive to come up with there own playlist or I can make one myself with there preferences.
