Toro Toro Toro, aka Fernando (Ram) Trinidad, is a Filipino DJ, producer, and creative based between Manila and Barcelona, regularly performing in both cities. He is also one of the founding members of the Barcelona-based collective Diskos Ilustrados, with releases on both Filipino label Tropical Diskoral and New Castle label Underground Sound. Drawing influence from his multicultural background and selectors such as Danilo Plessow and Ron Hardy, Toro’s signature sound is a medley of Disco, Funk, and Early House. As a DJ, Toro’s constant exploration into different genres is always on play, with his curations taking listeners on a dancefloor journey — a frenzied combination of irresistible grooves, floaty beats, and underground gems.
