As a dj cum mc, it helps to develop by constantly experimenting with new styles and techniques.Hip-Hop offers many challenges including songwriting and improvisation that can enhance your artistic skills. Through 4 years of exposure to Hip-Hop, I learned to recognize different rhythms and beats in Hip-Hop music, including the common 4/4 beat and more complex drum patterns. Learn how to write Hip-Hop lyrics, including rhyming, alliteration and the creation of lyrical content. Learn to use sampling techniques to incorporate different musical elements into your work, which is very common in Hip-Hop. I will combine my experience at masters to create unique remixes that combine the strong electronic beats of EDM with the rhythmic structure of Hip-Hop. Sampling snippets of EDM and Hip-Hop to create new sounds, which is very common in Hip-Hop. And take improvisation techniques from EDM and apply them to Hip-Hop performances to liven up and personalize your set. There will also be collaborations with other Hip-Hop artists and producers to learn from them and co-create music that promotes the fusion of the two cultures.
