BrightStar Nature hails from Baltimore, MD and has been a DJ/Producer for over 28 years. He paid for his start on the turntables by mowing lawns, and quickly found his love for performing live. Before Co-Founding Kalunga Records, he was the pioneering inventor of Dirty Bass. Mixing Techno, House, Trance, Progressive, Baltimore club and Ghetto Bass gave birth to the sub-genre called Dirty Bass. BrightStar Nature creates and plays Trance, Tech Trance or Melodic Techno with a Hard Techno Bass infusion. Throughout his 28 years DJing, mixing, producing, and performing, BrightStar Nature has accumulated a collection of monikers. Yes, he also holds a Doctorate from the University of Oxford Kellogg College in Philosophy with a concentration in Conscious Business Ethics in addition to an AA in Audio Production from The International Academy of Art & Technology.
