Donatella Divanese is a style icon and one of the most influential figures in Northern Germany’s queer community. She combines the roles of podcaster, international DJ, moderator, and event organizer, always standing for visibility, diversity, and empowerment. Her German-language podcast “Die ungeschminkte Wahrheit” (“The Naked Truth”), which she co-hosts with her husband, reaches several thousand listeners every month and offers honest, humorous, and thought-provoking insights into queer life. As an international DJ and drag queen, Donatella performs regularly in Spain, Denmark, and Germany, bringing her unique sound and presence to stages and dance floors across Europe. She is also an established party organizer, running the popular “Queer Night” events in Flensburg and Kiel, as well as the successful “Flamingo House” party series in Hamburg, creating safe and vibrant spaces for the LGBTQIA+ community. Over the years, Donatella has collaborated with numerous well-known German celebrities, artists, and TV personalities, who have joined her on stage or appeared at her events. From 2025, she will also serve as the official organizer of ELC Germany, marking another milestone in her versatile and international career.
