Hi, I’m Chandan Ranganath, better known as DJ CANDY — a small-town boy from India with a big passion for music. I started my DJing journey at the age of 19 and went on to get professionally trained from one of India’s most reputed DJ schools. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of performing as a Resident DJ at some of the most popular nightclubs and lounges across India, the UAE, and the GCC. I’ve also played at more than 3,000 private gigs, covering weddings, corporate events, festivals, and parties across different states of India and all the emirates in the UAE. I’m an open-format DJ, which means I love mixing and blending all major music genres. I take pride in reading the crowd and creating the perfect vibe that keeps everyone on the dance floor. As an experienced resident DJ, I’m well-versed in all deck duties, playlist curation, and promoting the venue to enhance the overall experience. I’m also skilled in managing sound systems and equipment, ensuring the best sound quality for every event. On top of that, I’m comfortable with all major DJ software and technical setups needed to manage sound and lighting at any venue. For me, music isn’t just a profession — it’s a way to connect with people and create unforgettable moments.
