Professional International Open format DJ serving weddings, private events, corporate functions, cultural celebrations, and special occasions throughout and beyond. DJing is about more than playing a playlist, its about reading the room, understanding my clients needs and curating a positive musical experience. As an open-format DJ, I’m comfortable moving between genres and generations and creating strong transitions and blends. My experience extends well beyond today’s popular sounds—I’ve played everything from Hip-Hop, RnB, House, Afrobeat, Amapiano, GQOM, UK House, Dancehall, Soca, Kompa, Bouyon, Latin, and various Caribbean music to alternative rock, classic 70s and 80s music, and a wide range of mainstream and contemporary artists. Versatility is a big part of what I enjoy about being an open-format DJ. Whether the event calls for classic favorites, top 40's, global sounds, rock, throwbacks, or a combination of completely different genres. Strong transitions, blending, and knowing when to build energy or change direction are all part of my approach. I work with each client to understand their vision and preferences while keeping enough flexibility to respond to the energy of the room. Whether it’s an elegant wedding, a private celebration, a corporate event, or a cultural gathering, I want the music to feel like it belongs there. Also open to traveling for selected events.

I had the pleasure of experiencing DJ Strast's electrifying dubstep performance at Dagobert Nightclub, following Illenium's phenomenal set at Festival Été Québec. In the wake of such a high-energy concert, DJ Strast not only maintained the momentum but took it to new heights. For three hours, the crowd at Dagobert Nightclub was treated to a relentless barrage of dubstep beats expertly curated by DJ Strast. The transitions between tracks were flawless, creating a seamless flow that kept the audience captivated and the energy levels soaring.
