Closing that gap is pacing, not volume, and it's most of the job. How I work: a conversation about your night before a single record is chosen. Full professional setup plus a complete backup that mostly never gets used. On site well before your guests, walking the room with your venue's AV team. And an honest answer if I'm not the right fit, rather than taking the booking and hoping. Tell me the date, the venue, and what you want people doing three hours in — still seated, on their feet, or somewhere between with the option of either. That last one tells me more than the other two combined.
