This means booking responsibly (we commit to only 3 weddings per Saturday), direct communication with your DJ, and truly partnering with our clients on their music & sound needs during their most important day. An experienced, professional, reliable, and flexible Wedding DJ is our promise. All of our DJ packages provide a 30-minute DJ sit-down over Zoom ahead of the wedding, professional sound system, 2 wireless microphones, dance lights, and 50 miles of travel. We at Northern Sound believe our 200+ successful weddings gives us the experience and wisdom to provide the best DJ for your big day without breaking the budget! No matter who is tying the knot: Black, Brown, Latino, Asian, LGBTQ+ and everyone in-between; Northern Sound wants the privilege and the responsibility to DJ your wedding!

Northern Sound Entertainment is very reasonably priced and still the best DJ around. Their communication and flexibility are their strong suits. Our original DJ had scheduling errors and they quickly matched us with someone new who happened to be an even better fit for us. During the wedding, the DJ helped run the show and kept the guests entertained all night long. We had several comments as to how awesome Bjorn was! My only complaint would be that we weren't able to hear more of our favorite songs, but when the night is so short, that's no fault of theirs. I would highly recommend this company to DJ your wedding. We and our guests had the time of our lives!

DJ Brent went above & beyond to make sure our wedding day was beyond perfect - he provided both professionalism as well as entertainment and humor throughout our cocktail hour, dinner and best part DANCING! The music was a hit and he kept the party going for as long as we could beg him to stay :)

Brent our DJ was a dream to work with. The added layer of covid and us coming from out of town never stopped our DJ from engaging with us through zoom and emails. Fantastic!!!! We cannot recommend enough. Our dance was so fun, people were out there. Not one song was a dud. The speeches were easy to hear. The lights were perfect. Tom was easy to work with, attentive, knowledgeable, and kind. Thank you again!!!!

We worked with Northern Sounds DJ, Brent, for our wedding! He connected with us prior to the wedding, which was a must! The more information you share about how you want your ceremony and reception to go the better it is for the DJ! He absolutely crushed it for the reception! We are still getting compliments from our guests. The dance floor was packed the entire night. Highly recommend.

Brent was our DJ at our wedding reception on 4/30/22. The music was great and people were out on the dance floor for most of the night. Communication was pretty good and straightforward, I have no complaints. Brent was able to be flexible and change some of my music choices last minute which was appreciated. I think the dinner/ social hour music was pretty good too!
