Dj and I communicated about my event booked for sat 9/23/2023 at 6p. The dj stated they would arrive between 530/545pm. When the dj hadn't arrived at 5:55p, I then texted. I called when I didn't receive a reply via text. When I called the dj stated they weren't near by and didn't realize my event was today. The dj said he was on his way which would be a 40min drive. I then received a text saying that the dj was sorry but couldn't make it. Super unprofessional, made my event delay terribly and I want my deposit plus more back.
