Cherish is a highly promising female DJ talent from Singapore. With her 18 years of experience in the music industry, it can be confirmed that she is a driving force within the local scene. She has gained residencies in Club Attica Singapore, Refuge Singapore, Baliza Singapore and Fleek Singapore, while also being invited to both local and international events as guest DJ. Having started out as a DJ 16 years ago, Cherish earned her stripes the old-fashioned way, playing at bars, events and small clubs, while continuing to hone her craft. She grew determined to set herself apart from other DJs and began to add turntablism into her sets. Eventually her determination paid off and she is now recognised for her distinct music flare. A career defining path opportunity came in 2013 where she was secured residency in Club Attica Singapore . Cherish demonstrated her impressive skills and techniques to audiences on sold-out nights. Her ability to read her audience has proven that she could work with crowds of all kinds and all music genre. Her popularity soar from the versatility of being able to play open format, offering hard pumping tunes to slow sexy grooves. Overtime Cherish has become the industry’s most wanted female DJ talent, all due to her unique turntablism skills and true mix of hip hop music. In 2015, she joined Ministry Of DJs Singapore, an academy that grooms future promising DJ talents. She later secured residency at Refuge Singapore, an exquisite place that delivers the true taste of R&B and Hip-Hop Music. Over the years, Cherish also secured overseas gigs at the hottest and finest clubs in the Asia Pacific Region. She had the honour to be a music director for 28th SEA Games, 8th ASEAN Para Games 2015 and has been invited to perform at a New Year Eve Party at Epic Club in Cambodia and recently at Chingay Parade 2023. Currently, she is part of a DJ collective, Pandemic. Cherish has managed to defeat all odds and step forward as a respected artist in her own right, repeatedly blowing away fans with her flavours of music.
