I’m S’phongo, a Zimbabwean DJ and Afrohouse producer based in Sierra Leone. My sets are rooted in deep grooves, ancestral rhythms, and driving Afrohouse energy, blending poetry and sound to create immersive dance experiences. I’ve performed at venues and events including Magazzino Parallelo (Italy), THOA, ASH Projekt, and my own curated nights under Jabulani Music. With every performance, I aim to connect dancers to spirit, rhythm, and freedom on the dancefloor. As a producer, I explore Afrohouse and Ethnotronica — weaving traditional African sounds with modern electronic textures. My debut single Get the Money (featuring Omanatu) marked the beginning of my solo journey, following collaborations with TenKa Tribe. I’m available for bookings across clubs, festivals, and curated events, bringing high-energy Afrohouse sets tailored for both intimate dancefloors and big-room experiences.
