Daan Strootman, better known as STROOT, is a 26-year-old DJ and violinist with roots in Spain and the Netherlands. He effortlessly mixes electronic music with his violin skills, creating a unique combination of the two. His performances, such as those at the Summer Grolsch music festival, Amsterdam Dance Event and Kingsize Festival, as well as in the United Kingdom, at the Ministry of Sound, stand out as remarkable showcases. His musical journey began at the age of seven, when he showed a keen interest in music and chose the violin as his instrument. This choice was not surprising given his musical upbringing, surrounded by family members who were also musicians. Inspired by this environment, Daan devoted himself completely to the instrument and obtained his violin teacher's diploma at the age of eighteen. Around the same time, his fascination with electronic music also grew, leading him to explore this passion worldwide. He traveled the world, diving deep into the electronic music scene, learning from international experiences and thus refining his professionalism. With his mesmerizing performances and dedication, STROOT is an artist to be reckoned with, armed with a deep knowledge of music and an undeniable talent.

Super! Daan is a wonderful person and an incredible violinist. From our very first meeting, we immediatley felt a great connection with him. He listened carefully to our wishes and used his experience to think along with us about what would best fit our wedding, our style, our theme, and us as a couple. We also asked him to play two songs he had never perfomed before - one of them even in Albanian. He was immediatly open to the idea and created demos for us so we could hear how it would sound and whether it fit the moment. We are so happy, we had him as our violinist on our wedding day.
