SoulDriver is a professional band from Vancouver that can be booked starting from CA$500.00. About SoulDriver is a seasoned, professional live band based in Vancouver, BC, dedicated to delivering a unique, vintage groove. Heavily inspired by legendary sounds like Booker T. & the M.G.’s and Lonnie Smith, the group serves up a distinct 100% instrumental blend of classic 60s and 70s soul, blues, and modern jazz influences. By honoring timeless mid-century classics and re-interpreting contemporary pop and R&B favorites into a signature pocket-groove style, SoulDriver creates an atmosphere that effortlessly gets audiences moving and relaxing all at once. Experience & Venues Composed of a sophisticated roster of experienced local musicians—featuring a tight rhythm section, soulful keys, expressive guitars, and soaring saxophones—SoulDriver is a staple of the Pacific Northwest live music scene. They have brought their infectious energy to high-profile public stages, including regular club appearances at 2nd Floor Gastown (Water St. Café), The Brighton Pub, and The Painted Ship, as well as prominent local festivals like the Vancouver International Jazz Festival. Event Specialties Whether providing sophisticated background music or packing a dance floor, SoulDriver caters beautifully to all-ages events. They are highly adaptable and available across the Lower Mainland for: • Weddings (Ceremonies, cocktail hours, and receptions) • Corporate Events & Galas • Private Parties & Community Celebrations
